The association Svenskbyborna (the Swedish Villagers) wants to support and support Gammalsvenskby for development on their own terms and the town’s own initiative. But they have needed some support to start up a democratic work process and how the process of oprojects is working.
Through the ICLD projects, knowledge is lifted in how to work with development and how to see new modern markets.
Through the auxiliary activities, the association is involved in and participates in individuals’ everyday lives and supports them with financial assistance in extraordinary needs such as operations, certain chronic medical needs.
The DNA project gives us a knowledge boost in our history and our origins.
